TwoStraps™ provides guided business information, organization, analysis, modeling, research, decision support, planning, and related tools intended to help entrepreneurs and business Builders™ understand and operate their businesses.

TwoStraps may use artificial intelligence, automated systems, structured calculations, information supplied by you, publicly available information, and human review to provide the Service.

TwoStraps is designed to work with Builders at different stages, including idea stage, early operation, growth, and more established businesses.

The Service is not intended to replace the Builder's judgment or, where applicable, qualified professional advice.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You agree to provide information that is reasonably accurate and to update material information when it changes.

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, providing accurate account information, activities conducted through your account, and promptly notifying us of unauthorized access. You may not use another person's account without authorization.

You may provide information, documents, financial records, business plans, communications, notes, files, questions, feedback, and other material to the Service ("Builder Content").

You retain your rights in Builder Content, subject to the rights necessary for TwoStraps to provide and improve the Service as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide Builder Content to TwoStraps. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of information you submit.

TwoStraps may maintain persistent information associated with your use of the Service, including information about you, your business, goals, decisions, assumptions, plans, financial information, model inputs, business history, and other context needed to provide continuity.

This may include the TwoStraps Business Map™, Builder Memory™, economic models, decision history, plans, actual results, assumptions, and related structured information.

TwoStraps may update this information as you provide new information or correct prior information. You may be able to view, correct, update, or request changes to information maintained about you, subject to the capabilities of the Service and applicable law.

Because businesses change, information previously supplied may become outdated. TwoStraps may preserve historical information where appropriate so that changes and decisions can be understood over time.

TwoStraps may use artificial intelligence and machine-learning systems. AI-generated or AI-assisted output may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, inappropriate assumptions, or other inaccuracies. AI systems are probabilistic and may produce similar or overlapping responses for different users.

You should review important information and decisions before relying on or acting upon them.

TwoStraps does not represent that every recommendation, calculation, forecast, research result, or other output will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your particular circumstances. Our goal is to be useful and candid about uncertainty, including identifying information that is unverified, assumed, incomplete, or unknown.

TwoStraps may provide financial calculations, forecasts, scenarios, budgeting assistance, business-model analysis, unit economics, cash-flow analysis, and related decision support.

These tools are provided for informational and planning purposes. TwoStraps does not guarantee profitability, financial performance, funding, investment returns, solvency, business success, tax savings, or any particular outcome. Financial calculations depend on the information and assumptions available to TwoStraps at the time they are prepared. A forecast is not a promise.

TwoStraps is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax practice, investment advisory firm, medical practice, insurance agency, or other licensed professional service provider merely because the Service provides information about subjects within those fields.

The Service may identify issues that appear to warrant qualified professional attention. Where appropriate, TwoStraps may help you prepare questions, organize information, or request an introduction to a qualified third party. You remain responsible for deciding whether and when to obtain professional advice.

Professional services are provided directly by the independent professional and are governed by the relationship and terms between you and that professional.

TwoStraps may provide or facilitate introductions to third-party professionals, service providers, firms, or other resources.

Before sharing substantive Builder information with a referral partner, TwoStraps may prepare a referral brief based on information already provided by you. Where practical and appropriate, you will have the opportunity to review and authorize the information to be shared.

Third-party professionals are independent of TwoStraps unless expressly stated otherwise. TwoStraps may receive referral fees, commissions, marketing consideration, or other compensation from certain referral relationships. Where required or appropriate, such arrangements will be disclosed.

A referral does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or representation that a third party is suitable for your particular circumstances.

TwoStraps may provide access to human assistance or human review in certain situations. Human reviewers may receive information reasonably necessary to understand and address a Builder request, subject to applicable privacy controls and any required authorization. TwoStraps may also use human review to investigate unusual, unresolved, high-impact, or novel questions.

TwoStraps may encounter questions, situations, or business models it cannot confidently resolve. In such situations, TwoStraps may tell you that additional review is needed, conduct additional research or analysis, seek human assistance, or provide a later response. TwoStraps does not guarantee that every question will be resolved immediately or at all.

We welcome feedback, ideas, corrections, suggestions, and reports of problems. You grant TwoStraps permission to use feedback you voluntarily provide to operate, maintain, improve, test, and develop the Service, provided that such use does not disclose your confidential information contrary to our Privacy Policy or any separate agreement. Where appropriate, TwoStraps may use de-identified or aggregated information derived from usage and feedback to improve its products and systems.

You may not use the Service to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, upload information you do not have permission to provide, interfere with or attempt to compromise the Service, circumvent security or usage controls, reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it, use the Service to facilitate fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity, or misuse third-party information or confidential information.

You may not use TwoStraps in a manner intended to circumvent reasonable usage controls, materially interfere with service availability, consume disproportionate resources through abusive or automated activity, create multiple accounts or workspaces to evade limits or promotional restrictions, share credentials in violation of applicable terms, or otherwise misuse access to third-party AI, computing, research, or other resources made available through the Service.

The Service, including its software, visual design, interfaces, methodologies, Business Map™, Builder Memory™, TwoStraps Work Unit™, Next Best Move™, What Matters Now™, documentation, branding, trademarks, service marks, and other proprietary elements, are owned by or licensed to TwoStraps.com, except for Builder Content and third-party materials. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of TwoStraps intellectual property to you.

Subject to applicable law and the rights of third parties, you may use output provided to you through the Service for your business and personal purposes. Because AI-generated content may not be unique, similar or identical output may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on, publishing, distributing, or acting upon it.

TwoStraps will handle Builder information as described in the Privacy Policy and any additional confidentiality commitments that may apply to a particular service. You should avoid submitting information that you are legally prohibited from sharing with the Service. Additional confidentiality protections may be established through separate agreements where appropriate.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information within our control. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, uninterrupted availability, or loss prevention.

From time to time, TwoStraps may operate a beta or Founding Builder™ program. Beta access may be limited or invitation-only, be free or offered at special pricing, change materially during testing, contain incomplete features, and be subject to a defined expiration date or other participation terms. TwoStraps may limit the number of participating Builders based on product capacity, service cost, or other operational considerations. At the end of a beta period, continued access may require acceptance of updated terms or a paid subscription.

Paid features may be offered through monthly or annual subscriptions or other pricing arrangements. Pricing, included features, usage allowances, or reasonable usage limitations may change with advance notice where required by law. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel according to the cancellation process presented with your subscription. Refund rights, if any, will be described at purchase or otherwise provided as required by law.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may also impose reasonable limits on usage to preserve Service availability, security, and sustainable economics. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to communicate material changes where appropriate.

TwoStraps may suspend or terminate access if reasonably necessary to comply with law, address security or safety concerns, prevent abuse, enforce these Terms, or address material violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, certain information may remain for a period where necessary for legal, security, backup, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business purposes, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

The Service may integrate with third-party tools or services, such as payment processors, AI providers, accounting platforms, cloud services, calendars, research services, communications tools, or other software. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. TwoStraps is not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, information will always be accurate or current, calculations or models will be error-free, recommendations will produce a particular result, information will never be lost, or the Service will satisfy every business need. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TwoStraps and its owners, personnel, contractors, providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

Any aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid TwoStraps for the Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) $100, except to the extent a greater limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TwoStraps and its owners, personnel, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, your violation of another person's rights, or Builder Content you submit that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

These provisions will be finalized based on the legal entity and state selected by TwoStraps.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent legally permitted.
